Mets Petits Choux was born the idea of of a young Québec mother with little time to cook and who wanted to make sure her two young daughters had nutritious meals - no matter how busy she was. “The idea for Mes Petits Choux came to me naturally. I wanted to provide parents with homemade meals for their children, like those my mother made for me,” explained Pascale Gosselin, now head of the company.
