Taking your time to eat really pays!
Many people say they do not have time to eat ... but is it a good choice? They believe not to be hungry and be able to continue their work, but at what price? And here begins a headache, fatigue, irritability, poor concentration ... These are all symptoms of a lack of dietary intake and poor listening to his body!
Our body knows when it needs to eat or if he has eaten enough! Just listen. When born, we listen. We cry when hungry and stop eating when not hungry. As you get older, no longer listening. Either you eat too much or not enough.
Our body shows us that we need to eat with so-called signals of hunger i.e. lack of energy, difficulty concentrating, gargoyles in the stomach up abdominal cramps. Beware of "false hunger"! i.e., sudden feel hungry when you pass a bakery, or when you feel the steak of your neighbour taking your walk after dinner ...
The signals of satiety indicate that you have eaten enough when food is less tasty than the first bite, when the energy returns and when you feel good without being too full. These are all signals that help you discover your point of satiety.
Now it's up to you to listen to your body for better work efficiency and better overall condition!
