HOW TO KEEP YOUR HIGH-LEVEL OF ENERGY ALL DAY?
Who has not had a lack of energy before? Honestly, I think we’ve all experienced it at least once or twice... This phenomenon is attributed to the fact that the daily intake of protein is not properly managed.
To maintain the same energy level throughout the day, it is important to balance your protein consumption. The goal is to have at least 15 grams of protein at every meal. Taking the time for lunch and dinner meals is so important and often overlooked!
